VARIATION I  (with veal meat) - BGN 196
1. Festive festive salad.
(Salad with cherry tomato, crispy iceberg, baked bits chicken fillet, arugula, slightly spicy hummus, drizzled with aromatic dressing, herb croutons and roasted seeds of black sesame, toasted aged cheese crust)

2. Appetizer.
(Homemade meal appetizers, herb, garlic and spicy appetizers, tossed with a mixture of finely chopped olives, basil, sun-dried tomato and marinated olive oil, and sprinkled with roasted, slivered almonds)

3. Main dish with veal - Chorbadjiisko
(Juicy veal steaks poured with baked sauce with horseradish and rosemary, served with rice with wild onion and spice samardala, leaves of parmigiano and fresh salad)

2. Appetizer.

3. Main dish with pork meat - Mitrinkovska

(Tender tenderloin of pork, marinated with fresh thyme and white oregano, lightly roasted with a sauce of samardala leaves and mustard, served with braised porcini mushrooms and sweet potato puree)
