VARIATION I  (with pork meat) - BGN 177
1. Festive shepherd's salad.
(a bouquet of different salads mixed with marinated red beet leaves, three types of cheese, cherry tomatoes, homemade fillets and roasted walnuts, flavored with a sauce of aromatic olive oil with pomegranate and black sesame)

2. Appetizer.
(a plate of here prepared, aromatic appetizers served with crusty toasted bread with olive oil and garden herbs)

3. Main course - Pork cutlet with porcini.
(large, juicy, pepper and white oregano roasted pork chop served on a porcini mash with a side of fresh iceberg lettuce, cucumber, red onion and red pepper)
